Q: How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a tracking link. Simply click the link to see the latest updates on your shipment.

Q: I didn’t receive a tracking number. What should I do?
If you haven’t received tracking information after 5 business days, please check your spam/junk folder first. If it’s not there, contact our support team at service@jouwcustom.com with your order number.

Q: My tracking shows no movement. Is something wrong?
Tracking information can sometimes take 24–48 hours to update. If there’s no update for several days, please contact us — we’ll check with the carrier.

Q: The tracking says “delivered,” but I didn’t get it.
Please check around your mailbox, porch, neighbors, or front desk. If the package is still missing, contact us within 7 days so we can help file a claim or offer assistance.
